I am an attorney-at-law specializing in real estate law, with a particular focus on legal issues related to local spatial development plans, planning fees, and handling the processes of purchasing or selling real estate. I have extensive experience as a trainer.
During my professional career, I have had the pleasure of collaborating with institutions such as the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Gdańsk, the National Chamber of Legal Advisors, MLS Łódź (National Network of Real Estate Agents), the West Pomeranian Association of Real Estate Agents, and the Bielsko-Częstochowa-Katowice Association of Real Estate Agents.
My law firm specializes in several closely related areas of law, operating on the principle that one cannot be an expert in everything.
I also provide legal assistance in English, a language I continually improve through passing exams such as CAE and TOLES Higher. When necessary, I collaborate with sworn translators fluent in legal English, who also provide services to common courts.
Additionally, I maintain ongoing cooperation with entities serving the real estate market, including notaries, property appraisers, brokers, surveyors, and investment companies.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in 2020. In 2023, I completed my legal counsel apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Gdańsk. In 2024, I passed the legal counsel exam. I have several years of experience gained in law firms operating in Kraków and the Tri-City area. My professional interests include real estate issues—both in civil and administrative law.
I have an advanced command of English and also speak German.
Personally, I am a husband and father of three young children. I enjoy traveling, kayaking, and reading historical and crime literature.
