Marek Foryś
I am a legal advisor specializing in real estate law, with a particular focus on legal issues related to local spatial development plans, planning fees, and the handling of property purchase and sale processes. I have extensive experience as a trainer.
My law firm specializes in several interconnected areas of law, based on the belief that one cannot be an expert in everything.
I also provide legal assistance in English, which I continuously improve through certifications such as CAE and Toles Higher. When necessary, I collaborate with sworn translators who are fluent in legal English and also provide services for common courts.
Furthermore, I maintain ongoing cooperation with entities serving the real estate market, including notaries, property appraisers, brokers, surveyors, and investment project implementers.
